I've had some real nice pieces from Pandora. I don't think they are as bad as people say, but the follow up wasn't great. I has to get in touch about an issue and they didn't seem too willing to help.

This is a follow-up to a review I did about a week ago. I was finally able to talk to a customer service representative. Although the promotion for the free bracelet was over, she gave me a coupon code that allowed me to purchase all three charms and get the bracelet. With the coupon code, the bracelet was actually free. I guess Pandora does have some real people with brains. Thank you Tonica, you are the best!!!!

I recently purchased from Pandora a bracelet for my wife’s birthday, she absolutely loved the very pretty bracelet with tiny blue stones, but sad to say it has the most awful tiny clasp on it, this makes it extremely difficult for her to do up, and extremely difficult for me to do with man size fingers, the bracelet is exactly the right size in length for her wrist, but because of the design of it, it’s near on impossible, this is so disappointing as she really loves the bracelet, does Pandora not test these designs when making them, she won’t send the bracelet back but other people need to be aware of the difficulty with this bracelet.

I had a problem with my order: the courier delivered it on my mailbox acording to him, but I never received it.I contacted Pandora's support via mail and they answered me in less than one hour. They reshipped my order free of charge and I finally got it.This is my 5th order with them and I am always happy with the jewelry and now even happier with their service.So grateful for everything.

I got my 1st Pandora moments snake bracelet this past Christmas and several of the star wars charms because he knew its what I wanted along with many other charms from my husband. I am absolutely in love with Pandora Jewelry!! He has purchased 3 more bracelets, safety chains many, many more charms, rings, earrings and necklaces. I can't get enough of this jewelry!! All that I have recieved have been made well and just amazingly beautiful. I love silver jewelry more than any other jewelry and I can't wait for new and upcoming charms and all the other beautiful jewelry Pandora will come out with... can't wait!! Thank you Pandora for such stunning work on all your jewelry!

I like the designs of Pandora, but I hate the quality. I don't know can I call it Hand Made at least it was created by a blind person. 4 stars only for the variety of the designs

Love Pandora, all my Black Friday and Christmas orders were delivered in a timely manner. All came in a plastic baggie, with a box for each item and a dust bag. Thank you, because I see a lot of customers did not receive proper packaging.I’m giving a 4 star rating because of my last order.I felt lucky enough to purchase the snake chain bracelet, with 10k gold barrel clasp at 50% off.The issue is there’s already a kink in the bracelet, as if it was already worn. It’s a final sale item so there’s nothing I can do, Pandora should adjust their policy for customers receiving faulty merchandise.This is not the first time this has happened to me with a final sale item.

I’ve had pandora for years and always loved their charms, never had any issues, but this last two years the charms break, it’s as if they’ve got too big for their boots now and just manufacture tat, real shame.

Today I went into the new pandora store in liverpool by primark, i was really struggling on what to choose i wanted the spend £99 and get a free bangle offer. Chloe the worker in there was so patient and very helpful, going through lots of different charms and rings and sets with me. I ended up getting a family charm and the large jewelry box thank you so much to chloe helping me choose what to buy

I just visited Pandora in Brentwood Essex. Ben helped me select for my grand daughters. He made shopping a joy, he was so helpful, not pushy, I came out delighted with 3 beautiful bracelets, I will go to the shop again as I liked the personal attention I got. My thanks to Ben

I bought a pandora bracelet recently and through no fault of theirs I couldn’t do up the clasp. I returned it and within days I was refunded the full amount. Well done pandora.
